We are located in La Habra, California. Our company specializes in engraving onto tile of all materials. Each tile we produce is unique due to our engraving process and we are able to produce a single tile to many hundreds as required.

As each tile is custom made, returns cannot be accepted due to color variation or uneven surface variations. Please note that slate varies in shade and color and the tile shown in the catalogue is a sample color that may not be the color you receive. We carefully select each tile and do our best to send you the best quality we can.

Orders take about 7 days to process and shipping takes from 3 to 5 days. Your order should reach you within 10 to 12 days. If you require your order quickly, please let us know. Contact us for pricing and delivery times on larger quantities.

Shipping Information:

We use ground shipping which takes between 3 to 5 days.

Once the order is received it can be cancelled within two days with a full refund. As each order is custom made no refunds will be made after the tile is engraved.
